By accessing and using Fruitful Day ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We accept payment through credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Tabby (Buy Now Pay Later), and cash on delivery. All payments are processed securely.

We will make every effort to deliver products on the scheduled delivery date. However, delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

You must be available to receive delivery at the address provided. If no one is available, we will attempt to contact you and may leave the products in a safe location at our discretion.

When you sign up for a subscription:

• You will be charged automatically based on your selected frequency
• You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery
• Subscription prices may change with 30 days notice

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied with your order:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of any damaged or unsatisfactory products
• We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Fruitful Day shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dubai for the resolution of any disputes.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
